Marrakesh received over 84,000 visitors in November

The number of tourists who have visited Marrakesh in November reached 84,204, an increase of 19% in comparison with last year.
Statistics of the regional tourism office said a total of 37,824 French tourists, traditional clients, visited the city during November, trailed by German nations (7,366).
Visits by other European citizens also increased, particularly among the Spanish and Italians.
Meanwhile, the number of Moroccans who visited the city declined by 24% from 17,298 in Nov.98 to 13,129 last Nov.
According to the source, the occupancy rate at rated hotels reached 65.7% from 60.89% in the same period of last year.
