A message from Arafat to Bin Ali

The Tunisian president Zein El-Abidin Bin Ali received a message from the Palestinian President Yasser Arafat that tackles the peace process developments on the Palestinian - Israeli track.
The message was conveyed by Palestine's ambassador in Tunis.
The message also comprised - as Tunisian sources assured - resulted of the current negotiations between the Palestinian and the Israeli sides especially negotiations of the final status and the obstacles obstructing its way especially the settlement operation which negatively effect the peace track.
