Kuwaiti Parliament ends governmental executive decrees

The Kuwaiti Nation's Council (parliament) has ended the conflict over executive (Emiri) decrees submitted by the government during the dissolution of the parliament.
One exception is an executive decree connected to the state's general budget.
The government accepted the decision taken by the parliament under the claim of cooperation between the legislative and executive authorities.
The parliament has insisted that legislation be approved by the it as the only legal course for implementing new laws.
The parliament has also set a date to carry out a strong debate after three weeks concerning the steps taken by the government in attempting to have the foreign investments in oil fields in Kuwait.
