AL, EU voice support for Syrian-Israeli negotiations

The Arab League and European Union reiterated all-out backing for the resumption of Syrian-Israeli peace negotiations.
Following talks held in Cairo on Wednesday with the European Union's Middle East peace process envoy, Miguel Moratinos, AL Secretary General Esmat Abdul Meguid said an agreement was reached with Moratinos to enhance coordination and consultation between the Arab and European sides to back the negotiations.
The AL chief voiced full support for Syrian, Lebanese and Palestinian negotiations until an Israeli withdrawal from the Golan, south Lebanon and the Palestinian territories is fully materialized.
