Sudan informed the Arab League yesterday about the latest developments there in light of Sudanese President Omar El-Bashir's decision to dissolve the parliament and impose a state of emergency in the country for three months. The Algerian Ministry of the Interior announced on Tuesday that it had arrested the killer of Abdelkader Hachani, one of the leaders of the banned Islamic Salvation Front less than one month after his assassination. In a statement, the ministry said that the killer is named Boulemia Fouaed.
