Privatization program poised to earn Morocco $350 million

Morocco has taken all necessary measures to reach $350 million in privatization receipts, Moroccan Public Sector and Privatization Minister Rachid Filali said on Tuesday.
The minister told a Moroccan daily that five major companies are currently being assessed for privatization. These include the phone company Ittissalat Al-Maghrib, the Moroccan carrier Royal Air Maroc (RAM) and the National Bank for Economic Development (BNDE).
