The Minister stressed that all facilities have been provided to ensure high-quality production.

These celebrations will last from sunset of the last day of the year to the sunrise of the first day of the new Millennium.

On the eve of December 31st, 1999, Egypt along with the whole world will celebrate the advent of the Third Millennium.

It is expected that numerous celebrations will take place throughout Egypt; however the main event will take place on the plateau of the great Pyramids of Giza.
