Britain voices backing to the Iraqi opposition

British Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Peter Hain has informed a delegation representing the Iraqi opposition which he met on Monday of the backing of the British government and parliament for the Iraqi opposition in their plan pertaining to making a change inside Iraq.
A spokesman for the British Foreign Office said on Tuesday that Hain stressed support for the ideas proposed by the delegation on lifting the sufferings of the Iraqi people by all possible means, honoring human rights and establishing a multilateral democratic alternative in Iraq.
