Birth of association claiming investigation on past human rights abuses in Morocco

A new association called "Justice and Truth" was set up last Sunday in Casablanca by former political detainees and relatives of missing persons to claim investigations into all past human rights abuses, reports a Moroccan daily.
According to the paper, the association will be endeavoring to bring all those found guilty of human rights violations before court.
The association has named an 81-member national commission that will elect a national bureau and a president.
