$57 million the volume of the Egyptian - Tunisian commercial exchange

The volume of commercial exchange between Egypt and Tunis increased to reach $57 million during the last year, including $45.4 million of Egyptian exports and $30 million in Tunisian exports. The volume of commercial exchange between the two states, according to Tunisian statistics, reached during the period from January 1, 1999 till last October 70 million Tunisian dinars ($42.7 million) with the commercial balance in favor of Egypt, as it has reached $15.4 million at the end of last year.
The statistics did not clarify the sort of goods exchanged between the two states.
