Morocco hosts meeting of industrial and mining development organization

The 17th session of the executive council of the Organization for Industrial and Mining Development opened here on Wednesday with participation of 13 Arab states.
The meeting, to wind up on Friday, will examine reports of the 14th session of the high standardization commission and results of the 7th congress of mining resources.
It will also be an opportunity to prepare for the 3rd Arab congress of electronics, communications and programming.
Moroccan minister of trade, handicraft and industry, Alami Tazi, said the Organization will be entrusted with developing certificates of origin for Arab industrial goods in the perspective of the enforcement of the Arab free trade zone.
