Egyptian information minister: no report arrived from US regarding crash of Egyptian airplane
Egypt, Politics, 11/20/1999

Egyptian Information Minister Safwat El-Sherif stated that the Egyptian government has not yet received a report from the US investigation body regarding the results of the current investigation into the October 31 crash of an Egyptian passenger jet.

He said that the analysis repeated by the foreign mass media is mere predictions and not facts, adding that Egypt follows up the investigations through the Egyptian team who traveled to the USA.

Relatives of the Egyptian airplane's crew denied that a suicide act took place, saying that they had stable lives, families and that they are all religious and perform the annual pilgrimage.
