UAE declares its continuation and support for the Palestinian people

Sheikh Abdullah Bin Zayed, minister of culture and information in the United Arab Emirates expressed his country's continued support and that of its president, Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan al-Nahyan, for the Palestinian people and the Palestinian government, saying that the UAE supports the efforts to pushing forward the peace process and will work on pushing forward the construction operation and development of the liberated Palestinian lands.

The UAE minister and Arab states are to initiate aid to the Palestinian Authority in these fields to compensate the Palestinian people for their suffering through the last 50 years.

This came in the meeting of Sheikh Abdullah Bin Zayeid with Palestinian writers, thinkers and journalists in Gaza yesterday.
