New Tunisian Cabinet chaired by Ghannouchi

Tunisian President Zein al-Abidin Ben Ali on Wednesday received new Prime Minister Mohammed Ghannouchi. Following the meeting Ghannouchi said the president appointed him as prime minister and decided to make a governmental reshuffle as the following:
Mohammed Ghannouchi, prime minister; Abdelaziz Ben Dhia, minister of state, special advisor to the president of the republic; Abdallah Kallel, minister of the interior; Mohamed Jegham, minister of national defense, Habib Ben Yahia, minister of foreign affairs; Neziha Zarrouk, minister of women and family affairs; Bechir Takkari, minister of justice; Jalloul Jeribi, minister of religious affairs; Chedli Neffati minister of social affairs; Sadok Rabeh, minister of agriculture; Moncer Rouissi, minister of employment and vocational training; Hedi M'henni, minister of health; Dali Jazi, minister delegate to the prime minister in charge of human rights, communications and relations with the Chamber of Deputies; Sadok Chaabane minister of higher education; Ahmad Friaa, minister of communication; Fethi Merdassi, minister of international cooperation and foreign investment; Mondher Zenaidi, minister of trade; Slaheddine Maaoui, minister of tourism, leisure and handicrafts; Taoufik Bacar, minister of finance; Moncef Ben Abdallah, minister of industry; Abdelbaki Hermassi, minister of culture; Mohamed Raouf Najjar, minister of youth, childhood and sports; Houcein Chouk, minister of transport; Slaheddine Belaid, minister of equipment and housing; Faiza Kefi, minister of the environment; Abdellatif Saddem, minister of economic development; and Ahmad Iyadh Ouederni, minister of education.
Ghannouchi was minister of international cooperation and foreign investment before he replaced Hamid Karoui, the former prime minister.
