Communications between Iran, Egypt, Syria and Saudi Arabia on Israeli explosions in the Dead Sea
Regional-Israel, Politics, 11/15/1999

Iranian Foreign Minister Kamal Kharazi held phone talks yesterday with Egyptian Foreign Minister Amr Moussa, Syrian Foreign Minister Farouk al-Sharaa, and Saudi Foreign Prince Saud al-Faisal to discuss the issue of the Israeli explosions in the Dead Sea.

Kharazi expressed his anxiety toward the explosions and asserted the importance of making expanded studies of the relationship between the explosions and the Israeli nuclear program.

Israel carried out a series of explosions last week and said that their aim was adjusting machines for monitoring earthquakes.
