Mauritanian opposition criticizes decision to boycott diplomatic relations with Iraq

The Mauritanian opposition renewed its denunciation of the boycott of diplomatic relations with Iraq when the level of diplomatic representation was elevated between Mauritania and Israel to the ambassadorial level.
The leader of the Mauritania opposition parties' front blamed the government in a press conference held yesterday for what he called the serious results of what he called the foolish decisions.
The opposition parties' front comprises the Union of Democratic Forces-New Era, the Progressive Public Alliance Party which forms the Mauritanian Nasserism trend, and the prohibited national Taliaa party, the Action for Change Party and the public front party.
