Arab popular forces conference backs Morocco's territorial integrity

The secretariat general of the Arab popular forces conference, which met in Rabat, voiced unshakable backing to Morocco's right to completing its territorial integrity.
The Conference's secretariat general said in a release at the end of its 6th session, that it also supports the United Nations plan to settle the Sahara issue through the holding of "a democratic and transparent referendum with the participation of all people of Sahrawi origin."
The secretariat also voiced backing to Morocco's efforts to retrieve Sebta and Melillia, two Moroccan northern cities still under Spanish occupation.
The secretariat members were received at the end of their meetings by Moroccan Prime Minister, Abderrahmane Youssoufi, who highlighted the importance of the body's decisions and recommendations meant to put an end to the sufferings of the Arab nation.
Youssoufi underlined that all Moroccan political trends agree on the need to lift the embargo imposed on Iraq and called on all Arab forces to cement ranks and find better means of dialogue and communication.
During its Rabat meeting, the secretariat general of the Arab popular forces studied a set of issues pertaining mainly to the sanctions imposed on Iraq.
