Four SLA militia members wounded in south Lebanon

Lebanese security sources said on Friday that several Lebanese citizens had been injured by the fighting at various locations in and around Qadissiya valley.

The sources added that in Marjayoun, witnesses said around 15 shells landed a few meters away from residential areas, while further to the south more than 70 shells struck areas adjacent to the occupied part of south Lebanon.

On Friday the Israeli warplanes raided the area situated between Jibal al-Butoum and al-Sheiteyah in south Lebanon.

Lebanese security sources said the Israeli warplanes dropped several missiles in the area.

In retaliation the Lebanese resistance attacked the positions of the Israeli occupation forces in Muheisbat and al-Tibeh, and the military vehicles moves between the two positions. Direct hits were scored.

On Friday morning the Lebanese resistance forces attacked two positions of the Israeli occupation forces inside the occupied part of south Lebanon.

Lebanese resistance sources said one of its groups attacked al-Tahra position, while another resistance group attacked al-Tibeh project position. The sources said direct hits were scored on the fortifications of the two positions.

News reports from south Lebanon said that four pro-Israeli South Lebanon Army militia members were wounded in south Lebanon as a result of the resistance operations.
