French foreign minister to start visit to Egypt

French Foreign Minister Hubert Vedrine is starting tomorrow his visit to Cairo coming from Beirut on a two-day official visit heading an official delegation at the conclusion of his visits to Syria and Lebanon.
A source in France's embassy in Cairo said Vedrine will meet on Saturday with Egyptian Foreign Minister Amr Moussa to discuss some of the regional and international issues of joint concern, topped by the efforts exerted by the two countries to push forward in the Middle East on all levels, in addition to the developments in Iraq in light of the current communications in the UN Security Council regarding this matter.
