World Bank deputy chairman in Algeria

Algerian President Abdelaziz Bouteflika on Tuesday in Algiers received the deputy chairman of the World Bank, Kamal Darwish, and discussed with him cooperation between Algeria and the WB, especially in the fields of agriculture and housing, and means of strengthening relations between the two sides in the sector of banking.
Meanwhile, Algerian dailies issued on Tuesday said that Islamists on Saturday night killed two persons in Jeijal district, to the East of the capital, where the Islamic group led by Hassan Hattab stay.
The number of victims of acts of violence has now increased to 80 within the last two weeks.
