Ruler of Kuwait meets with Gen. Musharraf

Kuwaiti Emir Sheikh Jaber al-Ahmad al-Sabah yesterday in Kuwait received Gen. Pervaiz Musharraf, the executive chairman of the republic of Pakistan, and discussed with him bilateral relations and means of developing them as well as issues of mutual concern.
Gen. Musharraf arrived in Kuwait earlier in the day, leading a governmental delegation on an official visit to Kuwait.
Meanwhile, the ruler of Kuwait on Tuesday also received former UN Secretary General Javier Peres De Cuellar and the chairman of the UN executive committee for compensation. Issues of mutual concern were discussed.
