French president to receive Saudi defense minister tomorrow

French President Jacques Chirac is to receive Prince Sultan Bin Abdul Aziz the second deputy prime minister and minister of defense and aviation in Saudi Arabia tomorrow afternoon at the French presidential palace.

French sources in Cairo said that President Chirac's discussions with Prince Sultan will be extended in a working lunch held by the French president to honor the Saudi official and his accompanying delegation.

Prince Sultan is starting today an official visit to France that will last for three days, during which he will meet with French officials and discuss with French Defense Minister Alain Richard the issues of military cooperation and providing the Saudi army with French weapons.
