Moroccan premier in 21st International Socialist Congress

Moroccan Premier Abderrahmane Youssoufi is taking part this Monday in the 21st International Socialist Congress together with representatives of 170 socialist parties and organizations from the world.
According to the IS outgoing president Pierre Mauroy, the two-day meeting will adopt a declaration that will lay the foundations of future socialism and priorities.
French Premier Lionel Jospin called in an opening address for a voluntarism-based "democratic socialism" as a means to contest, master and reform capitalism.
