Djibouti says no US pressure to establish relations with Israel

The political advisor of Djibouti's president, Fahmi Ahmed Haj, told ArabicNews.com that the international community should try the tribal leaders in Somalia before the International Court of Justice, and he depicted them as warlords, saying the international community must prevent them from travelling abroad and restrain their residency.
