New governor for the central bank in Bahrain

Bahraini Emir Sheikh Hamad Bin Issa al-Khaleifa on Sunday appointed Sheikh Abdullah Bin Khaleifah al-Khaleifa as the new governor for the Bahraini central bank. News reports in Manama said the new governor was the executive director of banking operations at the central bank.
Sheikh Abdullah replaced the former governor, Abdullah Seif, who has become the minister of the finance and national economy.
