Ruler of Kuwait confers with British duke

Kuwaiti Emir Sheikh Jaber al-Ahmad al-Sabah on Sunday in Kuwait received the Duke of York in Britain, Prince Andrew.
Kuwait's crown prince and prime minister, Sheikh Saad al-Abdullah al-Sabah, attended the meeting.
Prince Andrew arrived in Kuwait on Sunday for a visit which will last for two days in the course of his tour in the countries of the region.
Prince Andrew will also visit the Kuwaiti air base Ali Salem, where he will meet with pilots from the UK Royal Air Force who are working in Kuwait.
The visit of the British prince to Kuwait came in the context of an Arab Gulf tour, during which he had already visited Bahrain and Saudi Arabia. Prince Andrew will visit the state of Qatar after his visit to Kuwait.
