Two Lebanese resistance men killed in confrontation with Israeli forces

The Lebanese resistance on Friday announced the death of two of its members in a confrontation that took place with Israeli forces on Tuesday night.

In a statement released on Friday, the resistance said the two dead are Hussein Ali Mazloum (25) and Ali Najib Madlaj (21).

On Friday morning, the Lebanese resistance attacked Israeli and Israeli-allied South Lebanon Army militia joint positions in al-Radar, al-Hardoun, and Shamaa, Balat and al-Debshe, using machine guns and rockets. Direct hits were achieved.

In a statement, the Lebanese resistance said it attacked on Thursday evening the occupation position in Balat and Teir Harfa. In the afternoon, the Lebanese resistance forces attacked the Israeli occupation forces and their agents in Beaufort. Direct hits were achieved in the two attacks, the resistance said.

Meanwhile, the Israeli occupation forces bombarded the outskirts of al-Nabatuyah, al-Fouka, al-Mansouri, Mleita and the grand mountain situated between al-Botoum mount and Zibqin town. Several houses were damaged as a result.

Also bombarded by the Israeli occupation forces was al-Reiba town in the eastern sector and the surroundings of Sujoud position in the al-Tuffah district.
