Large Japanese economical delegation arrives at Cairo this month
Egypt-Japan, Business, 11/4/1999

Abd El-Monem Seoudi, the head of the Egyptian Industrial Union and head of the Egyptian side in the Japanese - Egyptian business council said that a Japanese economic delegation including 45 participants in the economic, industrial and commercial fields among which are 32 heads of major Japanese companies, will arrive in Cairo on November 20.

The delegation will be headed by Sadu Omida, head of the Japanese side in the Egyptian - Japanese business council and head of the Kajima company, one of the largest contracting groups in the world.

Seoudi said that the importance of this visit is in the large number of companies participating in it and the level of its representation, as the volume revenues of some of these companies exceeds a country's full economy, therefore this delegation is considered the largest economic delegation from one country to visit Egypt.
