Algerian - European negotiations in coming March

The delegation of the European Union said at the conclusion of its visit to Algeria today that Algerian - European negotiations will commence at the end of next March and tackle the partnership agreement between Algeria and the European Union.
The delegation of the European Union arrived in Algeria on Tuesday afternoon and held talks with Algerian President Abdelaziz Bouteflika and Foreign Minister Ahmed Attaf that tackled the developments in Algeria and international and bilateral relations.
The last time the European troika delegation visited Algeria was in January 1998, as the Algerian authorities refused the request of the European Union to receive human rights investigators affiliated to the UN after a series of massacres in Algeria.
