King Abdullah confers with French tourism minister

King Abdullah II of Jordan met on Saturday in Amman with the French tourism minister, Michelle Demessine, currently visiting Jordan.
The king commended bilateral relations between the two countries and cooperation in various fields, especially in the area of tourism. He welcomed French tourism investment in Jordan.
For her part, the French minister expressed her optimism that a just and comprehensive peace in the region will ensure the necessary climate to increase the number of number of tourist arrivals to Jordan.
