Gaddafi gets messages from Moroccan, Sudanese, Egyptian counterparts

Libyan leader Col. Moammar Gaddafi on Sunday received a message from Moroccan King Muhammad VI pertaining to coordination between the Arab Maghreb member states on the "grave measure" taken by Mauritania in establishing full diplomatic relations with Israel, a step which is considered a blow to the Arab Maghreb federation and the Arab states.
The message was conveyed by Moroccan Foreign Minister Mohamed Benaissa during his meeting with Col. Gaddafi on Saturday night.
On Sunday, Gaddafi received a message from Sudanese President Omar al-Bashir. The messages pertains to conditions in the region, especially the step taken by Mauritania in raising the level of representation with Israel to the ambassadorial level and the consequences of this step on the gathering of the coasts and desert countries (African coalition).
The message which was handed over to Gaddafi during his meeting with Sudanese Foreign Minister Mustafa Othman Ismael dealt with conditions in the African Horn and bilateral relations between the two countries.
Meanwhile, Gaddafi received a message from Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak pertaining to continued consultations between the two states towards all issues of mutual concern. The message was conveyed by Egyptian Foreign Minister Amr Moussa during his meeting on Sunday with the Libyan leader in Tripoli.
