Clinton, Barak and Arafat for a final settlement plan

US sources accompanying the US ME peace process coordinator Dennis Ross in his visit to Israel told the Kuwaiti daily al-Rai al-Am on Friday that the US President Bill Clinton will ask Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Barak and Palestinian President Yasser Arafat during his meeting with them in Oslo on November 2nd to draw a detailed plan towards central issues for the final settlement on the eve of starting negotiations concerning the final framework for an agreement on the final solution.
The US officials added that the US administration is concerned in intensifying its efforts concerning the Palestinian- Israeli negotiations.
The sources added that President Clinton will invite Arafat and Barak after next February for a continued summit meeting in order to complete the framework and know about the stances that avail the Americans the chance to help in maintaining a "middle solution" for central causes.
