In delivering his speech in the occasion of beginning the new judicial year, Algerian President Abdelaziz Bouteflika received a cable from Pierre Sane, the secretary general of the Amnesty International organization, in which the latter welcomed the renewal of the invitation for a delegation from the organization to visit Algeria.

The secretary general of the organization expressed in the cable that was broadcast by the Algerian News Agency yesterday his hope of sending a delegation to Algeria soon to resume communications with the Algerian authorities and non-governmental organizations to study the best means of reopening positive dialogue and fruitful cooperation.

He said the organization communicates with the Algerian embassy in London to study the special arrangements for this visit.
