Continued Israeli aggressions against Lebanon, resistance men retaliate

The Lebanese resistance on Wednesday bombarded the outskirts of Majdal Zoune town and the Jib Sweid area in the western sector of south Lebanon from its position in Teir Harfa.

Lebanese security sources said the Israeli gunboats roamed during Tuesday night the southern coast and opened fire against Raas al-Bayyada coast.

Also on Wednesday, the Lebanese resistance attacked the Israeli occupation forces two positions in al-Tibeh and al-Nuheisbat in the central sector of south Lebanon, using rockets.

In a statement, the resistance said direct hits were achieved among members of the two positions and their front fortifications.

On Wednesday at dawn, one Lebanese resistance group attacked joint South Lebanon Army militia-Israeli military moves inside and in the surroundings of the occupation position in Teir Harfa in the western sector of south Lebanon. Direct hits were achieved.

Lebanese resistance sources added that one resistance group attacked a gathering for the Israeli forces in Balat position. Direct hits were achieved.

Moreover, the Lebanese resistance attacked on Wednesday the Israeli forces in al-Debshe position in the occupied part of south Lebanon.

The Israeli occupation forces also on Wednesday continued their attacks against areas adjacent to the occupied part of south Lebanon and its western Bekaa.

Lebanese security sources said the occupation artillery bombarded on Wednesday the heights of al-Tuffah district and al-Leitani river course.

The Israeli bombardment targeted the residential areas of Hadatha and Eita al-Jabal and the Israeli warplanes flew over the Lebanese areas.

The continued Israeli aggressions also targeted al-Jabour district, and the outskirts of Abu Rashed in the western sector, where 155-mm shelling were fired.

The Israeli bombardment coincided with large-scale mopping up operations with machine guns against the surroundings of al-Qatrani and Maidoun woods, the woods surrounding Qelya town and al-Dalfa farm and the Litani river course.

On Tuesday night and Wednesday at dawn the occupation artillery bombarded Burket al-Jabbour, Tel al-Rahayat and al-Maramel hills by more than 30 shelling. Heavy losses were inflicted in forest trees.

The Israeli bombardment was followed by light bombing over areas adjoining the western sector.
