Ruler of Kuwait gets a message from Iranian president

Kuwaiti Emir Sheikh Jaber al-Ahmad al-Sabah yesterday received a message from Iranian President Muhammad Khatami. Kuwaiti radio said that the message is related to bilateral relations between the two countries.
