Morocco attends African human rights meeting in Algiers

Morocco is taking part in the second session of the coordination committee of African national institutions dealing with the promotion and protection of human rights to open proceedings this Tuesday in Algiers.
The session will discuss the consolidation of cooperation and coordination between African human rights institutions, especially in the prospect of a number of international meetings, mainly the meeting of the U.N human rights commission, and the world conference against racism and racial discrimination slated for 2001.
The Moroccan delegation is led by Chairman of the Human Rights Advisory Council, Driss Dahak, and includes Minister of Human Rights Mohamed Aujjar.
