International conference on liberating Arab women opens in Cairo

An international conference opened in Cairo on Sunday under the theme "One Hundred Years of Liberating Arab Women."
The six-day Conference is attended by a large number of thinkers and people specializing in women affairs in Egypt, Arab states and the World.
The six-day conference is discussing a number of research papers and studies tackling the Egyptian and Arab women cases such as the women movements, the status of women in educational institutions, the economic and political conditions of Women and the role of women in governments.
The conference marks the 100th anniversary on the late writer Qassim women's Book "One Hundred Years of Liberating Women."
