English golfer wins Marrakesh Palmeraies open

English professional female golfer, Trish Johnson, won over the weekend the second edition of the Marrakesh Palmeraies Golf Open.
Johnson totalled 204 strokes, ie. 12 under par, to glean this last stage of the £ 100,000 Pro-Am Ladies European Tour.
The second place went to Belgian Valerie Rickvieme with 209 strokes, while Spanish Rackel Garrido came in third with 210 strokes.
Swedish Sofie, 12th on the European standing and winner of last year's edition, finished 16th.
More than 90 golfers started on Thursday competing for the second Marrakesh Palmeraies Open.
