Qatari emir gets a message from al-Bashir

Sudanese Foreign Minister Mustafa Othman Ismael announced in Doha on Wednesday that he discussed with officials in Qatar the obstacles which impeded the implementation of the Doha agreement.
Ismael who gave the ruler of Qatar, Sheikh Hamad bin Khaleifa al-Thani, on Wednesday a message from Sudanese President Omar al-Bashir dealing with bilateral relations said that differences concerning the concept of security emerged during the Sudanese - Eritrean meetings.
He added, "I have explained all our reservations to the Qatari leadership, which asked us a chance to contact the Eritrea's side to deal with this issue."
Ismael continued, "We have also promised to respond to steps taken by Qatar."
