Barak appoints official in his bureau for combating terrorism

Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Barak appointed reserve Brigadier Yehiam Sasoon as temporary head of the front for combating terrorism in the prime minister's office.
Israel Radio said Sasoon succeeds reserve Major General Maier Dagan, who resigned the chairmanship of this front. The radio report also said the front for combating terrorism will be under the authority of the political and security headed by Danny Yatoum.
