ONEP, top Moroccan economic partner of Japan

Director of the National Drinking Water Office (ONEP) Tijani Lahoucine met in Rabat with head of the Japanese Bank for International Cooperation (JBIC) and looked into the impact of the merging of the former Overseas Economic Cooperation Fund of Japan and the J-EXIM Bank on bilateral cooperation.
The two sides voiced satisfaction at existing cooperation mainly with ONEP, which is the number one partner in Morocco in terms of number of projects and of funds extended. ONEP has received $200 million so far.
