Algerian army chief of staff visits China

General Mohamed Lamari, the chief of staff of the Algerian People's National Army (ANP), is currently paying an official visit to China with an invitation from General Fu Quanyou, chief of staff of the Chinese army. Algerian President Abdelaziz Bouteflika received General Lamari and authorized him to deliver a message to Chinese President Jiang Zemin, who will pay an official visit to Algeria on October 30 - 31.
