The leaders of the Jewish settlers started dissolving one of 12 settlements in the West Bank which they promised to demolish according to their agreement with the Israeli Premier Ehud Barak, which calls for removing only 12 settlements from 42 established by the settlers after the Wye River accord and which the Israeli government approved.
