Maradona in Libya today

The Argentinean football player Diego Armando Maradona arrived today in Tripoli on a visit to Libya at the invitation of Colonel El-Saedi Moammar Gaddafi, deputy chairman of the Olympic committee and head of the Libyan the general union of football.
Libyan sports sources said Maradona's visit comes in frame of the Libyan union's concern with the consultation with international sports figures regarding means of developing Libyan football.
The source added that Isah Giato, head of the African union for football, and the Argentinean player Gabriel Patesto previously visited Libya.
