Mubarak meets Arafat in Cairo

Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak met today in Cairo with Palestinian President Yasser Arafat, who arrived yesterday in Cairo.
The leaders will discuss the latest development in the Middle East peace process on the Palestinian- Israeli track and the special arrangements for the final status negotiations between Israel and the Palestinians.
Arafat met yesterday with Egyptian Foreign Minister Amr Moussa as they discussed the drafted issues on the Egyptian- Palestinian summit as well as the peace process developments in light of the steps achieved in implementing the Sharm El-Sheikh agreement and the results of the Tokyo meetings of the donor countries that was attended by the Palestinians recently.
