Conference for Arab police and security leaders to start on Monday

The works of the 23rd conference of the Arab police and security leaders are to start in the Tunisian capital on Monday and last for two days.

Many subjects, topped by the project for an Arab security strategy in its developed form, as well as the reality and the horizons of crime in Arab society are on top of the conference's agenda.

The conference will be opened by Tunisian Interior Minister Ali Chaouch, in the attendance of Ahmed Bin Mohamed El-Salem, the assistant secretary general of the Arab interior minister's council, and Raymond Kendall, the secretary general of the Interpol organization.

A statement issued by the Arab bureau for combating crime said there are increasing crime rates on the international level, such as assault of persons and properties.
