Tunisia-Morocco, Economics, 10/16/1999
The materialization of the Moroccan-Tunisian project to set up a free trade area was studied Friday in Tunis between Tunisian Industry Minister Moncef Ben Abdellah and head of the Moroccan-Tunisian Business Council, M'hamed Mezzour.
The industry minister renewed Tunisia's desire to intensify industrial exchange with Morocco and foster partnership between the two countries' firms in a spirit of complementarity and reciprocity.
Ben Abdellah insisted on the need to involve the private sector in the drive to enhance bilateral trade exchange.
