Sobaih: Palestinian wing in Disney will be opened in days

Mohamed Sobaih, the Palestinian delegate to the Arab League, said yesterday that there are preparations for opening the Palestinian wing in Disney's Millennium Village exhibition, in confrontation of the Israeli wing which is established there.

In press statements, Sobaih said there are speedy preparations to open a Palestinian wing during the coming days.

He said that he gave Arab League Secretary General Esmat Abdul Meguid a message from Palestinian President Yasser Arafat, informing him of Disney's approval of the establishment of a Palestinian wing in the exhibition, which was opened on October 1.

However, the Walt Disney company's spokesman in the USA stated that he didn't receive any proposal from the Palestinian side.
