Israel converts the military barrier between occupied Jerusalem and Bethlehem to a border crossing

The Israeli authorities converted today the Israeli military barrier which separates occupied Arab Jerusalem and the city of Bethlehem to a military border crossing.
The barrier is positioned on the road between southern Jerusalem and northern Bethlehem, as the citizens pass it on foot to prevent Palestinian cars from hanging around it and entering Jerusalem.
The occupation forces made stable cement barriers on the barrier for months instead of the movable plastic barriers, and they expanded today its range and space as the Palestinian citizens have to walk for 700 meters to get through it.
