Speaker of the House of Representatives Abdelouahed Radi arrives in Berlin Thursday to attend the 102d session of the International Parliament Union, meeting in Berlin since oct 10.
Brahim Rachidi, deputy chairman of the House of Representatives, who leads the Moroccan delegation, also comprising members of the moroccan senate, is to address today the plenary general debate on the world political, economic and social situation to explicit moroccan stand on regional and international major issues and changes underway in Morocco.
A web-site connecting world parliaments will be set up as a communication channel between Houses, part of which will be open to universities to help promote civic education and promote democratic values.
